• Frame of Feelings
• Scroll of Stories
• Laminated Poem
• DilTak (Digital Poem)
• Rishton Ki Kahaani – A Edition by Meltwords
• Udaan – A Milestone Poetry Series

Each poem is custom-written based on the information you provide.

3. Personalization Details

To create your customized poem, we may require:

• Occasion details
• Personal information about the recipient
• Your relationship with them
• Photos (optional)
• Tone, preferences, or special requests

You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate
• You own rights to any photos submitted
• Content you share does not violate copyright or privacy laws

Incorrect or incomplete details may impact the quality of the final output.

4. Delivery Timelines

3-7 days (As per location and format chosen. For emergency orders, timelines can be adjusted)

Framed or Scroller Poems:

• Poem draft approval: 24–48 hours
• Printing + packaging: 2–4 days
• Shipping time may vary depending on location

We do our best to meet all timelines, but delays may occur due to:

• High order volume
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Incomplete customer details

MeltWords is not liable for third-party courier delays.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.
• Payments must be completed to confirm your order.
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and other secure payment methods.
• We do not store any card or payment information.

6. Approval & Revisions

Before printing or designing:

Digital Poem Orders

• You receive 1 draft.
• You can request one free revision.
• Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Frame / Scroller Orders

• You receive a poem draft for approval.
• Once approved, the poem/design cannot be changed, as production begins immediately.

If you do not respond within 48 hours, MeltWords may finalize and proceed with the order.

7. Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Since poems are 100% personalized, we follow strict policies:

A. Refunds

Refunds are not available once the poem draft has been delivered.

B. Cancellations

You may cancel the order before we begin writing your poem.
Once writing has started, cancellation is not possible.

C. Returns

Physical products (frame/scroller) cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery.

D. Damaged or Wrong Product

If the delivered product is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photo/video proof
• We will replace the item at no extra cost

8. Use of Content

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or distribute our poem templates or designs
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Claim authorship of our written poems

MeltWords may display your poem anonymously (without personal details) for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website including:

• Text
• Images
• Designs
• Website layout
• Poem writing style
• Branding

Is the sole property of MeltWords and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. User Conduct

You agree NOT to submit content that is:

• Offensive, abusive, or harmful
• False or misleading
• Copyrighted without permission
• In violation of any law

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

MeltWords is not liable for:

• Emotional outcomes of personalized poems
• Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Technical issues beyond our control

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order.
